HOW TO ORDER MELISSA’S CREATIONS

To place an order with Melissa please download her order form and fax to (208) 255-5240.

Delivery Orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground, FOB Danville, CA, unless expedited shipping is requested.

Hours Melissa Neufeld studio hours are generally between 8am and 5pm Pacific Monday through Friday.

Payment All orders must be prepaid by ProForma, or COD. Credit can not be extended at this time. Returned checks are assessed a $25 service fee. All orders above $500 will be charged 50% of the product total prior to production unless another agreement has been made.

Returns No returns will be accepted without prior approval and must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Of course items damaged during shipping will be replaced.

Ship Dates Each item is handmade and usually one of a kind or limited edition. On average your order will be shipped within two weeks. If your order is for a special occasion please be sure to clearly note the due date.
